ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a passionate HR professional specialized in full-function recruitment and people operations domains to join our People team in Taiwan.
This person will take immediate ownership of a substantial portion of our job portfolio. Responsible for carrying out a world-class recruitment while ensuring high-quality HR services provided for hiring and retaining the best talent for Peloton.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
● Manage the end-to-end hiring process for various roles across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions
● Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand the business needs and craft talent search strategies
● Source passive and active candidates effectively with diverse channels
● Manage a high volume of interview arrangement with the hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates across different countries and time zones
● Maintain outside Peloton company pages and hiring platforms, and enhance employer branding locally
● Manage positive candidate experience throughout the entire candidate lifecycle
● Maintain data within HR systems and tools like Greenhouse, SAP SF, local HR system, Google Drive, etc., and provide reports as needed
● Provide quality HR service in response to inquiries or requests from people managers or employees
● Manage onboarding and offboarding processes by collaborating with the managers, offboardees, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors
● Support local HR programs and processes, including employee engagement, benefits, and other ad-hoc projects

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
● 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment working with international talents
● Relationship building with hiring managers at all levels and making quality hires
● Confidence to jump in and move on open requisitions with a sense of urgency
● Creative and innovative mentality and the ability to independently tackle problems
● Dedicated to knowledge-sharing at all stages of a hiring cycle
● Passion for keeping up with industry trends and the latest sourcing tools
● Strong communication and organizational skills, be a strategic problem solver and a self-starter
● Solid communication skills in English and Mandarin
