The Public Relations Specialist is responsible for managing and executing multiple aspects of PR operations, including PR event execution, LinkedIn operations, PR Fleet management, budget tracking and supporting PR daily operational and administrative tasks.

Job Description:

PR Fleet Management:


• Handover and administrative processes of PR cars joining fleet/defleeting


• Usage and schedule management


• Monitoring PR car spendings and progresses of repairing/maintenance


• PR Car related documents and records filing

Porsche Taiwan Official LinkedIn Page Operation & Management:


• Generation of LinkedIn posts for global and local contents in both English and Mandarin


• Management of platform performance


• Interdepartmental alignment for posts with internal contents


• Collaboration with LinkedIn Agency for operation strategies and posting formats

Media & CSR Events:


• Supporting event planning, logistics and on-site executions


• Maintain good relationships with local media

PR Administrative Operations:


• Payment arrangement & budget control


• Hiring and training of PR intern


• Annual update of directives and guidelines managed by PR Dept.


• Active updates of PR Car Management Guidelines


• Handling internal applications (e.g., internal memo, chop application, etc.)


• Manage communication channel following PR manger's instruction regarding producing press materials and communication assets, steering PR agency, supporting internal communications, implementing regional communication campaigns and business plans, managing PR internal and external risks

Requirements:


• Fluent English and Traditional Chinese/Mandarin in writing, speaking and reading


• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Foreign Languages or equivalent


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• At least 1 year working experience in automotive or PR industry


• Hold a valid driver's license

Qualifications:


• High levels of Integrity and Compliance, Proactive attitude, high level of decisiveness, high degree of self-motivation, strong ability to drive implementation and innovation


• In-depth knowledge or passion in automotive is a plus
