Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Zhonghe district, New Taipei City. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales efforts. Key activities include conducting market research, engaging in effective communication with prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to create and implement successful sales strategies. The role requires maintaining a deep understanding of Avalue Healthcare's products and services to meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients through account research, market intelligence, and opportunity analysis
Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and develop new opportunities
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of the healthcare or IT industry is an advantage
Experience in developing US/ EMEA market is a plus
Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team
