【職務內容】

-設計新客建置電商網站指引說明書,讓客戶可快速上手電商系統。

-進行合約即將到期客戶電話訪談,了解客戶使用狀況與痛點,提供建議操作方法或推廣適合使用的方案,完成客戶續約/升級之任務。

-使用者經驗優化提案報告,透過蒐集與客戶對系統的使用回饋,針對使用者經驗之功能進行內部提案。

-設計教學素材,透過 Webinar、影音錄製、Google Meet...等媒介,展演功能操作要點、及使用情境,推廣特定功能,提升功能使用率。

-掌握電商趨勢,了解基本的電商金物流、廣告投放、SEO、KOL 合作等網路行銷模式。

【Must Have】

  • 具基本文案撰寫能力(EDM/部落格)。

  • 具電子商務基本 Know-how 及日常使用習慣。

  • 重視客戶產品使用體驗,帶領客戶營收成長。

  • 以前端視角及經驗優化內部流程、經營第三方外部合作關係。
