Job Description:


• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan product roadmaps and define feature requirements


• Conduct requirement interviews, design user scenarios, and prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)


• Work cross-functionally (including local, APAC, and global teams) to ensure product progress and quality


• Analyze product usage data and user feedback, and propose continuous optimization initiatives


• Research market trends and competitors, particularly in the fields of business information, corporate credit, KYC, and regtech


• Assist in managing multiple B2B platforms, including credit report systems, investigation request platforms, API services, and internal tools

Requirements:


• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Product Specialist, Product Manager, or Product Designer


• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to communicate smoothly with overseas teams and read technical and product documentation


• Strong logical thinking, communication, and project coordination skills


• Able to work independently, with experience in multitasking and cross-time-zone collaboration


• Familiar with product development processes, agile methodologies, and user needs analysis

Preferred Qualifications:


• Intermediate or above proficiency in Japanese (able to communicate simply with Japanese clients or partners)


• Familiarity with B2B platforms and industries related to business data, KYC, due diligence, or regtech


• Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Tableau, and Postman


• Experience in API product management, data validation, or digital transformation projects
