UCT is looking for a talented Quality Inspector IV to join us in Tainan

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Familiar with quality and measurement requirements for parts cleaning processes.
  • Shopfloor audit to ensure POR are properly executed.
  • Audit each processing stations/steps by observation and CCTV and ensure proper documentation as required.
  • Record audit findings and keep track of the follow-up actions.
  • Support failure analysis and root cause investigation for customer complaint or rejected parts.
  • Other assignments from QA engineer or manager.
  • Work on shifts.

Other Duties

  • Ability to read and execute SOP and Run Card
  • Basic ISO 9001 knowledge and practice experiences on line audit
  • Integrity, patience, and high EQ as personal characters, and be able to work independently and overtime if needed.
  • Familiar with MS Excel for data entry and basic calculation
  • Familiar with different quality tools and practices, such as understanding the use of 8D report
  • Experiences of line supervisor or assistant engineer is a plus
