【Responsibility】

1. Providing customized software services, including porting of embedded system, modification of system drivers and applications, as well as adding extra functionalities and improving performance in BIOS to fulfill customer's requirement.

2. Verification of the services provided by customized program. Helping customer to introduce the verification procedure.

3. Duplication of customer's technical issue, resolving the problem and eliminate suspicious factors.

4. Assisting Research and Development unit proceed signal measurement, clock sequencing judgment, and examination of customer's circuit.

5. BIOS, Operating System porting, or checking of software settings.

6. Writing software/hardware testing report and provide test tools.

7. Confirmation of product specifications and provide suggestions to product divisions.

8. Verification of product quality issue. To understand the reason causes quality problem and fulfill customer's quality requirement.

9. Providing quality verification improvement report in conjunction with discussion to QA department in accordance of customer's application requirement.

10. Technique transfer of new product or new technique from R&D department.

11. Establishing support program with branch offices world wide.

【Qualification】
1.    Bachelor's or above in Science and Engineering.
2.    Equivalent experience in 2 years or above is preferred. 
3.    Familiar in computer hardware/software architecture and implementation
4.    Strong communication capability, passionate to provide service to customer, High EQ and resistive to stress. 
5.    Good English writing and communication skills; TOEIC score of at least 650 is preferred.
6.    Familiar with Linux (Ubuntu / Debian / Embedded Linux) system architecture, basic driver concepts, and device tree fundamentals. Ability to perform hands-on operations and basic debugging is a strong advantage.
