In this role, you will evaluate the product designs and create the quality processes, tools and procedures to help improve the customer experience by improving product quality at the manufacturing site. You will work with product management, product design, system engineering, product operations and supply chain teams to ensure the product represents the Google brand. You will ensure the various pieces of Google's operations fit together while providing a quality customer experience.

- Define and execute Product Quality Plans across the entire product development and sustaining cycles.
- Develop Joint Design Manufacturing/Original Device Manufacturer (JDM/ODM) quality strategy, framework, and lead factory quality resource development, assessments, and qualification.
- Manage quality issue escalation, addressing problems during New Product Introduction/Mass Production (NPI/MP), and leading failure analysis, risk assessment, and corrective action implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior quality talent, and serve as a partner to executive leadership.
- Lead product cosmetic management and Final Assembly, Test, and Pack (FATP) material quality, including requirements, inspection, and issue resolution.
