此職位結合「技術專業」與「現場實踐」的挑戰性,您將深入了解多元產業(如智慧製造、智慧醫療),與跨部門專業團隊協作,共同打造智慧應用平台。

【主要工作內容】

  • 負責軟硬體產品應用平台的導入與維運(場勘、配置、安裝、佈署、驗收、維護)
  • 撰寫與更新系統操作文件、安裝與部署SOP  進行產品軟硬體問題分析、技術支援與疑難排解  
  • 學習最新產品與解決方案,並協助對客戶進行教育訓練
  • 參與專案及部門會議,進行技術簡報與成果分享

【職務需求】

  • 熟悉 Microsoft Server / Linux 系統與虛擬化環境
  • 具備電腦軟硬體技術支援與故障排除經驗
  • 有網路管理或IT背景,了解伺服器、防火牆與VPN架構
  • 對新技術充滿熱情,具持續學習與自我成長的動力
  • 可配合國內外出差
  • 有智慧工廠或智慧醫療專案經驗者尤佳
  • 主要工作地:高雄

【加分條件】

  • 資訊或理工相關科系畢業,具兩年以上相關工作經驗
  • 具良好溝通協調能力與團隊精神,能獨立解決問題
  • 具備軟硬體技術認證(如 MCSA、CCNA、RHCE)者佳
  • 英文能力中等以上
