【工作內容】

1.售前技術展示與產品演示: 根據潛在客戶的需求,客製化並執行產品和解決方案的技術演示(PoV),清晰闡述產品功能、優勢及應用情境。

2.需求分析與解決方案設計: 深入了解客戶業務痛點與技術需求,與業務團隊緊密合作,共同設計並推薦符合客戶目標的技術解決方案。

3.技術方案撰寫與協作: 負責編寫技術建議、規格書 (RFP/RFI回應)、解決方案架構圖及相關技術文件,確保內容的準確性與完整性。

4.銷售團隊支援: 提供銷售團隊專業的技術支援與諮詢,協助業務人員克服技術障礙,加速銷售週期。

5.市場與產業洞察: 關注產業趨勢、競爭對手動態與新興技術,提供產品開發與市場策略的建議。

6.客戶關係建立: 作為客戶與內部技術團隊之間的橋樑,建立並維護良好的客戶關係,提升客戶滿意度。

7.內部培訓與知識分享: 定期對內部銷售與技術團隊進行產品知識及技術培訓,分享最佳實踐。

【技能與條件】

  • 3 年以上資訊或資安相關工作經驗

  • 具備資訊或資安產業相關知識,對資訊安全領域充滿熱情

  • 溝通表達能力:卓越的口語和書面溝通能力,能夠清晰、有說服力地向不同層級的受眾(包括技術人員和非技術人員)解釋複雜概念

  • 精通現場簡報技巧與工具

  • 具跨部門協作能力

  • 具備 Presales 或相關技術顧問經驗佳

  • 具備以下相關證照佳 : ISO27001 , ISO27701 , ISO20000 , CEH

  • 英文: TOEIC 550,或具同等英語能力
