Our industry-leading Oracle specialists can help you plan and implement a full suite of solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud and NetSuite, in areas such as enterprise transformation, finance, and supply chain, incorporating advanced technology applications such as machine learning, IoT, and blockchain.
Work You'll do

- Digital Transformation Planning & Execution: Assist businesses in developing digital and AI transformation strategies, identifying potential AI/GenAI application scenarios, and assessing feasibility (benefits, costs).
- Business Application & Platform Development: Participate in AI big data platform development and project management while optimizing business models through data-driven insights.
- Process Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze business operations and pain points, support AI/GenAI implementation to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Marketing & Innovation Strategy: Assist in planning AI-driven innovative business applications and marketing strategies, developing professional proposal reports.
- Industry Research & Data Insights: Collect and analyze digital transformation case studies and market trends, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
Requirements
Preferred majors in: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering
- Familiarity in various business processes, including but not limited to sales distribution, supply chain management, corporate finance management, and related areas.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of commitment to providing quality client service.
- Exhibit good consultation and communication skills, self-initiative, ability to work well in teams, and willingness to work under pressure.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Japanese or any other international language is a bonus.
