Work You'll do

  • Digital Transformation Planning & Execution: Assist businesses in developing digital and AI transformation strategies, identifying potential AI/GenAI application scenarios, and assessing feasibility (benefits, costs).
  • Business Application & Platform Development: Participate in AI big data platform development and project management while optimizing business models through data-driven insights.
  • Process Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze business operations and pain points, support AI/GenAI implementation to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Marketing & Innovation Strategy: Assist in planning AI-driven innovative business applications and marketing strategies, developing professional proposal reports.
  • Industry Research & Data Insights: Collect and analyze digital transformation case studies and market trends, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.

Requirements
Preferred majors in: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering

  • Familiarity in various business processes, including but not limited to sales distribution, supply chain management, corporate finance management, and related areas.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of commitment to providing quality client service.
  • Exhibit good consultation and communication skills, self-initiative, ability to work well in teams, and willingness to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Japanese or any other international language is a bonus.
