Assaya
builds universal assay readers for mass-scale RAPID testing,
and a scalable bioinformatics platform for tracking symptom
augmented antigens, post natural or artificial infection
antibodies, and chemical/biological markers in humans, animals
and nature on a global scale. We are acutely focused on
bringing to market affordable and highly scalable medical
diagnostics devices, supporting cloud based bioinformatics and
digital chain of custody services, and are hiring a team of
builders to join the journey and help deliver the mission.



We
are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on our
cloud-based micro-services platform as part of a
cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software
development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a
Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both
back-end and front-end coding languages, development
frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a
team player as you will be working side-by-side with other
engineers on architecture, integration, and maintenance of the applications.



Responsibilities
  • Design
    and implement effective, scalable and secure web services,
    applications, and APIs.
  • Develop
    and maintain internal software tools.
  • Write
    low-level and high-level code.
  • Test,
    troubleshoot, debug, benchmark and upgrade software.

  • Identify
    bottlenecks and improve software efficiency.
  • Collaborate
    with internal and external teams developing micro-services.

  • Write
    technical documents.
  • Interface
    with hardware design and development
  • Assess
    third party and open source software
  • Complying
    with project plans and industry standards

Requirements
  • Proficient
    in programming languages including Go (Golang)
  • Experience in other languages like  C/C++, Python, Typescript and
    JavaScript.desired
  • Knowledge
    of both RDBMS and NoSQL database systems architecture and query
    languages.
  • Familiarity
    with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue or React (Angular
    preferred).
  • Experience
    with infrastructure deployment and provisioning tools such as
    Terraform and Ansible.
  • Highly
    self-motivated with good communication and teamwork
    skills.
  • Great
    organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Degree
    in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Proficiency
    in English required, Mandarin Chinese a plus
