Position : Principal, HR Compliance
Team Description:
The HR Compliance department is looking for human resources experts who will present practical and strategic alternatives to establish and operate a legal and exemplary human resources and labor system.
This department is a group of top experts comprised of talented people who pursue the accomplishment and reward of being human resource experts who actively solve company-wide HR compliance issues, and who proactively discover problems and promote work.
What are the 5 things you need this person to do?
- Establishes and maintains compliance procedures and requirements for labor-related laws, internal regulations, and contracts related to company-wide personnel/labor efforts, such as labor standards laws, union laws, occupational safety and health laws, collective agreements, and employment regulations.
- From a company-wide personnel/labor related situation, use data analysis skills to identify issues that pose a risk to compliance with labor related laws, internal regulations, establish data solutions, and oversee the proper implementation of alternatives.
- Review compliance with existing internal regulations and contracts such as personnel/labor related collective agreements, employment rules, labor contracts, etc., and revise and supplement them in accordance with the latest revision of laws and regulations.
- Performs related tasks, such as establishing strategies to improve compliance standards and ensuring the accuracy of internal manpower data in preparation for inspections/audits by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOL).
- In relation to foreign workers, he or she can confirm compliance level with relevant laws and regulations, such as residency status, and establish and establish internal procedures and regulations for compliance.
Essential Qualifications:
- 10-20 years of human resources and labor work experience ( or 10-12 years up)
- Qualifications or experience in both human resources and legal fields
- Ability to write Chinese/English documents
- MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Excel is a must skill.
