System Test Lead – 5G Wireless | Taiwan (Taipei, Taoyuan, or Hsinchu)

An innovative wireless technology company is seeking a
System Test Lead
to establish and manage a new
5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)
test site in Taiwan. You'll play a key role in validating next-generation 5G mmWave products designed to deliver high-speed connectivity across global markets.

What's on offer:

  • 6 month contract
  • upto $NT2000 - Per Hour
  • REMOTE ROLE
  • With minimal travel for client site
  • Full time work (Mon - Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and operate a 5G system test site covering system, acceptance, and exploratory testing.
  • Develop test scripts and methodologies for 3GPP and customer use cases.
  • Manage and mentor local test engineers.
  • Coordinate testing with international R&D teams and vendors.
  • Support customer demos and technical investigations.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in
    system test leadership
    within wireless or telecom.
  • Strong knowledge of
    5G NR
    ,
    networking
    , and
    test automation
    tools.
  • Proficient with
    Linux, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes
    , and scripting languages (Python/C++).
  • Excellent communication in
    English and Mandarin
    .
  • Self-motivated and able to operate independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS/Azure),
    network management protocols
    (SNMP, NETCONF, YANG), and
    5G architecture (5GCN, CU, DU, RU)
    .
  • Master's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
