ERP Finance Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Participate in full-cycle ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to system go-live and post-implementation support
Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into ERP functional solutions
Configure ERP modules and support system customization based on project needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration, data migration, and testing activities
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and system validation
Conduct end-user training and provide change management support
Prepare functional documentation and project deliverables
Act as a key point of contact between business users and technical teams
Requirements
Experience in ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills
Understanding of ERP configuration and implementation methodologies
Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working in project-based and cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications
ERP-related certification
Consulting or system integration background
Good command of written and spoken English
