Key Responsibilities
1. 理賠案件審查 2. 向通路或客戶溝通及協調 3. 理賠報表及數據分析 4. 保險商品有關理賠的教育訓練

Qualifications

  • 具備理賠人員資格 2. 實際從事理賠審查工作至少三年以上經驗 4. 過往工作具備簡報經驗尤佳 5. 熱情、外向、活潑 6. 銀行保險、法律或醫護相關之專科、大學、碩士 7. 技能要求:英文打字20~50、中文打字20~50、熟悉Microsoft文書軟體(如Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Excel)、熟悉Windows 10系統尤佳 8. 對客戶的溝通及情緒管理 9. 取得國內外機構認可的理賠人員資格者佳(如中華民國壽險學會理賠人員) ★ Learn more about Chubb Life Taiwan's culture and workplace
