【What you will be doing】
1. 協助財會部門例行作業執行
- 收付款對帳核銷、對帳明細整理
- 紙本發票及文件收發及核對作業
- 電子發票及銀行明細整理匯入作業
- 相關資料文件歸檔 - 其他主管及同仁交辦事項
2. 協助店家帳務相關問題處理
- 寄送對帳單、遺失賠償通知
- 授權文件資料檢核
- 遺失賠償請款發票檢核紀錄
- 回覆店家帳務查詢相關問題

【Who are we looking for】
- 一年以上工作經驗
- 注重工作細節、做事細心謹慎、待人親切
- 不排斥重複性高事務、有良好時間管理能力(依輕重緩急安排工作順序)
- 具備良好的溝通能力,有效進行溝通並確保相關憑證單據符合規範。
- 快速有效率的文書處理及中英打能力
