Project Management Intern

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers: Assist project managers in all phases of project management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Help in preparing project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Resource Coordination: Help coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule, organize, and participate in project meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor/master's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internship duration period: 6 months, 3-5 days per week.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • A good team player with attention to detail and a good problem-solver.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a project management environment is a plus.
