Project Management Intern
who has a creative mind and passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers: Assist project managers in all phases of project management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Documentation and Reporting: Help in preparing project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Resource Coordination: Help coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Meeting Support: Schedule, organize, and participate in project meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
What We Are Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor/master's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship duration period: 6 months, 3-5 days per week.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- A good team player with attention to detail and a good problem-solver.
- Previous internship or work experience in a project management environment is a plus.
