(C) 客戶體驗管理
- 按照銀行要求的服務標準,為客戶提供優質的服務。
- 處理和跟進客戶的查詢、要求和交易,以確保客戶滿意度。
- 達到客戶滿意度調查/ 跟蹤計劃中(例如"神秘顧客"和"電話服務調查")的預設滿意度水平。
(D) 風險控管
