Project Mercury is TECO's flagship talent development initiative designed to accelerate international growth and organizational transformation. As TECO expands into renewable energy, data center EPC projects, large-scale power equipment, and global M&A ventures, we are seeking exceptional talents who can enter the market, drive real impact, and lead cross-border projects.
Through international and cross-business rotations combined with executive mentorship, you will gain strategic insights, develop resource integration skills, and master project execution—preparing you to become a key player in global business development and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop business opportunities and manage client relationships across domestic and international markets
Plan and execute regional marketing strategies to promote TECO's solutions in renewable energy, electromechanical systems, automation, and large-scale power equipment
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing actionable recommendations for market entry and expansion
Coordinate internal resources (product, engineering, technical, after-sales) to deliver
i
ntegrated solutions
Build and maintain sales networks through overseas affiliates, regularly report market trends, performance results, and propose improvement strategies
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above (QS Top 500 universities preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in domestic or international business development
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (TOEIC 860+ or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience in international markets (ANZ or Europe preferred)
• Willingness to travel and participate in global rotations
Preferred:
• Background in electromechanical, energy, or power equipment industries
• Experience in large-scale project sales or system integration projects
