Job Responsibilities
1. Job Summary/Purpose

• Critical role within the Operations Management Team.

• Responsible for developing and retaining a team of retail staff and supervisors.

• Accountable for achieving sales and productivity targets within the store.

• Promotes the company's VISION
• MISSION
• CORE VALUES
• POLICIES through concrete actions.

• Collaborates closely with Area Manager/Operations Manager and support services teams.
2. Staff Management:

• Effective communication, motivation, recognition, and coaching of the team.

• Participates in recruiting and training.

• Manpower planning and productivity control.

• Leads by example, maintaining a positive working environment.
3. Service Excellence

• Ensures customer satisfaction and applies Retail Excellence standards.

• Develops product knowledge within the team.

• Handles customer complaints and feedback.
4. Strategic Business Excellence

• Drives store performance to achieve sales and productivity targets.

• Analyzes reports and implements action plans.

• Identifies cost-saving opportunities.
5. Shop Presentation Management:

• Ensures adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.

• Maintains store image and grooming standards.

• Collaborates with VM Department.
6. Stock & Merchandise Management:**

• Provides feedback to inventory.

• Manages inventory levels and delivery processes.

• Ensures stock accuracy and knowledge of local competitors.
7.SOPs & Administration:**

• Ensures compliance with processes, safety, HR, and more.

• Participates in SOP updates.

• Manages store expenses and administration duties.
Requirements

• Preferably with a Diploma in Retail Management or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in retail operations.

• People-oriented, result-driven, and customer-focused.

• Effective communicator in Korean, English is a plus.

• Passion for fashion, well-groomed, and flexible with retail hours.
