-Developing selling propositions (FAK) and providing market intelligence updates for local carriers
-Acting as the key channel between local execution and regional carrier strategy
-Enhancing procurement capabilities by strengthening relationships and bargaining power with Taiwanese carriers (YML, EMC, WHL), aiming to improve local inquiry hit ratios and drive continued growth in Taiwan's local sales contribution.
-Supporting internal procurement through targeted lane selection with counterpart countries, managing local tenders, SME account rates, and solution support
-Collaborating with the sales team on ocean business development, including pipeline reviews and joint sales visits
-Designing ocean freight solutions (ISC) such as FMS and control tower modelsAbout the Job

  • Oversee local ocean freight operations and pricing alignment with the regional trade team, executing the global carrier strategy in line with the Forward 2030 initiative.

  • Drive service chain efficiency across procurement, customer service, and operations to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Support business growth by optimizing tender performance, enhancing local carrier engagement, and co-developing solution-based offerings with sales teams.
