What you'll do:
  • Collaborate closely with internal quality assurance colleagues to ensure all software products meet rigorous company standards through effective communication and shared responsibility.
  • Develop detailed test plans, create comprehensive test cases, and write robust test scripts that guarantee thorough coverage of all software functionalities.
  • Perform manual testing activities with care and attention to detail, logging issues accurately while supporting efficient issue tracking and resolution processes.
  • Train and mentor members of the internal QA team by sharing your expertise, offering guidance on best practices, and helping them enhance their technical skills.
  • Participate actively in the design and implementation of automated tests by creating and maintaining reliable automation test scripts using industry-standard tools.
  • Monitor key software quality metrics regularly, reporting findings clearly to stakeholders while providing thoughtful suggestions for ongoing improvement.
  • Work hand-in-hand with software developers to ensure that testing requirements are fully understood, integrated into workflows, and consistently fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in defining effective test strategies and processes by contributing valuable insights during test planning sessions and preparing clear reports on progress.
  • Follow up diligently on product updates and bug fixes by verifying resolutions through targeted testing efforts that maintain high product standards.
What you bring:
  • At least five years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance roles within complex environments where collaboration is essential for success.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed test plans as well as write comprehensive test cases that address both functional requirements and edge scenarios.
  • Proficiency with automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks, enabling you to create maintainable automated scripts that improve efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of issue tracking systems coupled with strong reporting skills that facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities that foster positive relationships within teams-enabling effective cooperation with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • A genuine willingness to learn new technologies quickly while remaining open-minded about adopting innovative tools or methodologies as needed.
  • Experience in training or mentoring junior QA staff by providing patient guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement for skill development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that support clear documentation practices as well as productive discussions during cross-functional meetings.
