Job Description

  • Design and develop optical and CPO components with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Define and implement robust testing protocols to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to influence product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot design challenges and optimize processes for cost efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in optical engineering or CPO technology.
  • Strong knowledge of optical component design and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and testing protocols for optical systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across global teams
