The candidate needs to have around 3 -5 years experience of semiconductor packaging and testing process and relevant materials. Needs to work in the customer production line to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Your Job Responsibilities Include

• Work with customer, sales and marketing personnel to develop and replicate high impact applications for testing and packaging solution.
• Identify the best 3M solution for an application by thoroughly understanding the customer needs, testing and analyzing results. Communicate results to customers through written reports and presentations.
• Provide launch support for new product programs by generating supporting documentation, demonstration tools, videos and training materials.
• Define and communicate product performance to customer specifications, collaborate with cross functional team to resolve front line application issues.
• Build a deep understanding of customer needs and competition in assigned market focused areas and provide "voice of customer", new product ideas and competitive analysis.
• Utilize general CAD and other analysis software, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with our product development team to perform simulations and optimize product performance.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Application Engineering or Technical Service
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with semiconductor testing and packaging process
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design, analysis, and problem solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with customers globally
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and data analysis
• Cross functional effectiveness
• Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize and work on multiple tasks
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skill
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and committed to delivering results
