SUMMARY:RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver detailed training on ASEA's products, ensuring distributors understand the science, benefits, usage protocols, and compliance guidelines.
  • Develop tailored training programs that translate complex scientific concepts into clear, relatable information for distributors at all experience levels.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education through live training sessions, webinars, and virtual workshops focused on product knowledge, business-building strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Create and update social media content and monthly newsletters
  • Coach distributors on how to share ASEA's product story authentically and compliantly, emphasizing health benefits while respecting MLM industry regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and compliance teams to ensure all training content aligns with current scientific research, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Track distributor training progress and provide personalized support to address knowledge gaps or challenges, boosting distributor confidence and sales effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on ASEA product developments, wellness industry trends, and competitor products to continuously enhance training content and distributor preparedness.
  • Represent ASEA at corporate events, leadership meetings, and distributor conferences as a subject matter expert and ambassador of ASEA's mission.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in product training, health education, or sales coaching, ideally within MLM or direct sales environments focused on wellness products.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable delivering training virtually and in person, using various platforms and multimedia tools.
  • Knowledge of MLM industry best practices and compliance requirements for product marketing and training.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a distributed sales force through engaging and supportive training methods.
  • Proficient with digital training tools, webinar software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
  • Passion for health, wellness, science-based products, and personal development.
