What We Need:

We're looking for an HR Generalist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support our growing team in Taiwan. This role will be a key partner in executing HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and delivering a smooth employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations & Administration: Manage daily HR tasks including employee onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, and personnel records.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Performance Review Coordination: Help organize performance review cycles and maintain documentation.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Work with payroll providers/finance to ensure accurate payroll, insurance, and pension processing.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Compliance: Support compliance with Taiwan labor regulations, social insurance, and statutory benefits.
  • Training & Engagement Logistics: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • HR Reporting: Maintain HR data and prepare basic reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HR operations role in Taiwan.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and statutory benefits.
  • Discreet with sensitive employee information.

  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR tools.
