Job Overview 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager who will support in driving, developing, and managing product development within our business unit. Initially, this role was focused on our AI Security Validation product, Vulcan, but as we integrate multiple products into the same team, the scope may expand to include IXT (B2B Insurtech) and Cymetrics (Cybersecurity SaaS).

Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting marketing and competitor research to understand the Insurtech, cybersecurity, and AI security ecosystem, market trends, competition, and user needs.
  • Support the management of the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resources.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to develop user stories, mockups and prototypes to communicate clearly the business context and product requirements with fellow product managers, developers and business stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating scrum meetings and other agile processes.
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to track and support product progress.
  • Contribute to nurturing a user-centric and product-lead company culture by evangelizing product vision and thinking with designers, engineers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to build and maintain detailed project plans throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in discussions around product improvement and innovation.


 
Requirements
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a related role or internship in product management, technology, or business analysis.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset—excited to take on challenges, learn from feedback, and continually improve.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curious and willing to learn about the Insurtech, Cybersecurity and AI industry and new technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage.
