【工作內容】

  • 業績管理: 分析門市業績狀況與主要KPI,給予上級主管回饋並實行計畫,讓團隊達成業績目標。

  • 顧客服務管理: 提供絕佳的顧客服務、處理客訴及提升整體團隊的顧客服務水準。

  • 班表及人員管理: 排定班表並確保人力與業績狀況相符合,提供門市人員培訓,協助上級主管管理同事,並反饋同事的想法,創造一個良好的團隊氛圍。

  • 商品與陳列: 考量店鋪業績狀況、顧客類型以及總部規範完成商品及櫥窗陳列,並給予上級主管商品意見回饋。

  • 庫存管理: 與倉庫團隊確保日常營運順利,可在時間內完成賣場補貨以及倉庫貼標、貨品整理。
