【Job Overview】
The Industrialization and Method Maintenance department (TEST-IND) is part of the Global Advance Materials, Simulation and Test Organization. TEST-IND are responsible to establish new test equipment capabilities as well as to industrialize laboratory test methods into automated solutions, suitable for mass production environment.

Main Responsibilities
】

  • Test Method and Equipment Development: Support the development of risk-based test solutions for application across the product lifecycle – from research and development through to mass production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that test methods are robust, scalable, and aligned with product requirements.
  • Test Method and Equipment Validation: Assist in the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the development and validation of test methods and equipment. Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards by developing qualification templates, executing validation activities, and documenting results comprehensively.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in competence-building and improvement projects. Analyze test methods, equipment performance, and test data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Apply appropriate tools and methodologies to optimize test solutions and enhance overall product quality.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience in testing methodologies, equipment qualification, automated solutions or data analysis techniques.
  • Positive, committed team player with a strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

【Desirable Skills & Qualifications】

  • Experience contributing research communities, including publishing papers in conferences or journals.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO 11608, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and IEC 60601.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering.
