職責範疇:

【國際薪酬與人資法遵管理】

1. 負責海外(紐西蘭、法國等地)與台灣員工之薪資結算與所得稅申報。

2. 勞保、健保、退休金等制度之申報與法遵管理。

【招募】

1. 負責海內外特定職缺招募。

2. 支援招募相關專案的推動與執行。

【任用】

1. 差勤與人資系統管理。

2. 離職流程管理與關懷制度規劃。

3. 擔任海外辦公室 HR 事務窗口,協助日常人資協調與流程整合。

【組織發展】

1. 善用數據分析洞察組織運作脈絡,提出具體建議,支持管理階層進行用人配置。

2. 擔任部門的策略夥伴,針對人力與組織發展議題,提供具前瞻性的見解與解決方案。

3. 其他主管指派之人力資源專案與任務。

As a member of Ubiik's Human Resources team, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. This role offers exposure to full-spectrum HR functions and is ideal for someone with a global mindset and a proactive attitude. *This position can be based in either Zhubei or Taipei.

【International Compensation & HR Compliance Management】

1. Responsible for payroll processing and income tax filing for employees in overseas offices (e.g., New Zealand, France) and Taiwan.

2. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding labor insurance, health insurance, and pension contributions.

【Recruitment】

1. Handle recruitment for selected positions both domestically and internationally.

2. Support the implementation and execution of recruitment-related projects.

【Employee Placement & Relations】

1. Manage attendance and HR systems.

2. Oversee offboarding procedures and design employee exit care programs.

3. Serve as the HR contact for overseas offices, assisting with daily HR coordination and process integration.

【Organizational Development】

1. Leverage data analysis to gain insights into organizational dynamics and provide actionable recommendations to support workforce planning.

2. Act as a strategic partner to departments, offering forward-looking perspectives and solutions on talent and organizational development issues.

3. Support other HR projects and assignments as delegated by management.
