Responsibilities:- Responsible for HBM packaging process development.
- Monitor APTD lot status and contact engineering teams to provide support in keeping the WIP moving efficiently.
- Work closely with MFG site operations, planning, and APTD PI and process engineering team members to resolve issues with APTD lots and processes.
- Disposition of lots as requested.
- Investigate reasons for lots that are not on hold but have been at a step for more than 24 hours and report back to lot owners.
- Create ClearQuest requests to kit lots, create processes, schedule holds, and submit samples to QA or labs for analysis.
- Create QAWRs for the APTD Engineering team.
- Report the status of APTD lots in line during the weekly planning meeting.
- Monitor and manage inventory for Assembly.
- Monitor hot and screamer lots and assign priority as requested by the APTD engineering team.
- Monitor MFG shift reports and communicate tool and process issues to the APTD engineering team.
- Support engineers in collecting engineering data.
- Support the shipping of engineering samples.
- Familiarity with MAM.
