工作內容

研究聚焦於離線RL(Reinforcement Learning)、穩健性RL模型,以及在金融與機器人等真實場域的應用。

主要職責

• 進行 RL 相關研究
• 主導或參與頂尖國際會議/期刊投稿
• 協助撰寫研究計畫並推動產學合作

We seek a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher who wants to push the frontier of sequential decision-making under uncertainty and deploy results in impactful domains.

• Conduct independent and collaborative research on RL
• Co-supervise graduate students and research assistants
• Lead or contribute to top-tier conference/journal submissions
• Assist with grant writing and industry collaborations

應徵資格

1. 具備電腦科學、電機工程、統計、應用數學或相關領域學位

2. 在 RL、機器學習、控制或最佳化領域之學術發表紀錄

3. 熟悉程式設計(Python、PyTorch/JAX 及現代 RL 套件)

4. 具備優秀的英文讀寫與口語能力(中文非必要)

5. Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (conferred by the start date)

6. Strong publication record in RL, ML, control, or optimization

7. Solid programming skills (Python, PyTorch / JAX, and modern RL toolkits)

8. Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese is not required

待遇

依照中研院薪資標準規定,每月碩士學歷44,968元起、學士學歷38,388元起,享勞健保與年終,有相關學術研究與系統開發經驗者,經面議後可彈性調薪。Follow Academia Sinica guideline, starting from $38,388 or $44,968 NTD/month plus 1.5-month year-end bonuses and health insurance.
