Field Service Engineer-Micron F16

The Role
- Carry out the installation, commissioning, planned maintenance, trouble shooting and field support.
- Understand customers' requests and feedback to Field Service Team Leader.
- Provide regular reports and status of activities.
- Work both as part of a team and on your own, self motivated and self disciplined and a customer sensitive approach to work is required.
- Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics will be required.
- Actively participate in ongoing improvement in the standard of our health, safety and loss control management systems.
What we expect of you?
- Experience in field service activities would be an advantage.
- Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
- Inter-personal and communication skills are required in order to build sound relationships with customers.
- good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.
