We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer with strategic vision to join our international B2B startup team. In a culture of transparency, a hybrid work model, and collaborative environment, you will work closely with PMs, engineers, data team members, and marketers to build a B2B SaaS product that is well recognized in the market.

As a senior product designer, you'll lead the design of mid-to-large scale features and cross-product experiences, from uncovering user insights and defining problems, to delivering high-quality, iterative designs that balance business goals and technical constraints.

Our team is transforming into an AI Communication Cloud, and you'll play a key role in integrating AI tools into every stage of the product development process, from hypothesis validation, design, and prototyping to close collaboration with engineers. You'll explore how AI can truly enhance team efficiency and creativity.

身為產品設計師,你將會負責:

• 主導中大型功能與跨產品的全端設計與體驗,對 UI/UX 品質與成果負責
• 主動發掘問題並提出設計策略與觀點,協助團隊釐清方向並整合設計解法
• 結合使用者需求、商業目標與技術條件,定義可擴展的設計策略與產品體驗
• 善用溝通技巧與工具,清楚傳達設計理念並促進團隊對齊與共識
• 參與 AI 工具導入設計與開發,從假設、驗證、設計、原型到實作,促進產品開發流程轉型
• 與 PM、Engineers、Data team、GTM team 密切合作,將模糊問題轉化為具體的產品方向
• 引導研究方向與設計決策,將使用者洞察轉化為具價值的產品體驗
• 持續建構 Design System 與流程,提升團隊效率與設計一致性與美感,分享知識、提供回饋,協助團隊學習與共同成長

As a product designer, you are going to:

• Lead end-to-end design and experience for mid-to-large scale features and cross-product experiences, taking full ownership of high-quality UI/UX.
• Proactively identify problems and propose design strategies to help the team clarify direction and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Define scalable design strategies and product experiences by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Communicate design concepts clearly using appropriate tools and techniques, driving team alignment and shared understanding.
• Drive AI integration into design and development workflows from hypothesis and validation to design, prototyping, and implementation, accelerating product development transformation.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, data teams, and GTM teams to turn complex and ambiguous problems into clear product directions.
• Guide research directions and design decisions, translating user insights into valuable product experiences.
• Continuously build and evolve the design system and workflows to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and UIUX quality, while sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and supporting team growth and learning.

必要條件

• 5 年以上產品設計經驗,能獨立主導複雜產品問題與跨團隊合作
• 熟悉從 0 到 1 的功能設計,也有成熟產品優化經驗
• 具策略思維與系統化設計能力,能從使用者與商業角度提出設計解法
• 能獨立規劃並執行使用者研究,靈活選擇合適的研究方法與訪談策略
• 具備獨立批判性思考思考與決策能力,勇於提出觀點並善於聆聽,透過優異的溝通與協作能力與跨團隊建立高效合作關係
• 能以英文自信清楚地與跨國團隊(如日本、泰國)進行書面與口頭溝通
• 熟悉 Figma 與設計工具、擅長與 AI 協作,具備 Design System 或 UX Writing Guideline 建置與應用經驗
• 開放的心迎接時代的變動,熱情面對新知、靈感源源不絕。

We need someone who...

• 5+ years of proven experience in product design, capable of independently leading complex design challenges and cross-functional collaboration
• Experienced in designing features from 0 to 1 as well as optimizing mature products
• Strong strategic thinking and systematic design capabilities, able to propose solutions from both user and business perspectives
• Able to independently plan and conduct user research, selecting appropriate methods and interview strategies
• Enjoys problem-solving with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Courageous in raising questions or giving feedback, while also being a good listener and communicator who fosters effective collaboration.
• Comfortable communicating clearly and confidently in English with international teams (e.g. Japan, Thailand), both in writing and speaking
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools, skilled at working with AI, and experienced in building and applying design systems or UX writing guidelines
• Embraces change with an open mind, staying passionate about continuous learning and full of creative ideas

It'd be nice if you have:

• Experience in international B2B marketing, e-commerce, or multi-language products
• Able to independently lead ideation, design discussions, or run workshops
• Involved in design system creation, cross-product consistency, or quality management
• Experience mentoring other designers, with strong skills in feedback and design leadership
• Take part in any mentorship program with strong mentorship skills to inspire and coach team members.
• Have a deep understanding of marketing and communication cultures in Taiwan, Japan, and Thailand.
