Role

KICKS CREW is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketer to join our Growth team. Your main responsibilities will be to formulate affiliate strategies, promoting multiple products to attract new customers and drive product sales.To succeed in this role, you'll need to have at least three years of experience in affiliate or influence marketing.

You will oversee the translation of marketing strategies into effective communication with our affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators. Execution of cross-functional influencer activations will be crucial to optimizing our marketing approach and maximizing exposure. Additionally, collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams is essential to establish our affiliate strategy and calendar.

The role requires someone with a great attention to detail and an analytical mind. You will compile reports on web traffic, revenue changes, and profits, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Affiliate platforms (Impact, Awin, Everflow). Identifying new marketing opportunities through different tools is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and maintain the influencer/creator network, maintaining an accurate proprietary database.
  • Formulate an affiliate strategy to promote products, and effectively communicate with affiliate companies, influencers, and content creators.
  • Compile traffic and revenue reports with Google Analytics
  • Partners with Marketing team to ensure all influencer executions align to the strategy, products, and brand according to our style guide and brand tone.
  • Manage influencer issue resolutions, providing recommendations to influence internal partners. Oversees and negotiates contracts with influencers and affiliate companies.

 Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Affiliate Marketing or similar position
  • Portfolio of successful affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Attention to detail and being data-driven
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with global affiliates platforms and Google Analytics
