About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled 
Senior Backend Developer (Golang)
 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, particularly with 
Golang
, and a solid background in 
crypto trading platforms, forex trading, high-frequency trading, or fintech
. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing backend systems, with opportunities to contribute to a 
PHP-to-Go migration project
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using 
    Golang
    .
  • Contribute to and lead initiatives in 
    migrating existing systems from PHP to Go
    .
  • Collaborate with product, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver reliable trading and financial systems.
  • Ensure low-latency, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant backend services to support trading operations.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production systems with high availability requirements.
  • Work independently to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
     in backend development with 
    Golang
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    concurrency, performance tuning, and distributed systems
    .
  • Hands-on experience in 
    crypto trading platforms, forex trading, high-frequency trading, or fintech
    .
  • Experience with 
    PHP-to-Go migration
     is a strong plus.
  • Solid knowledge of 
    system design, microservices, and REST/gRPC APIs
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    cloud environments
    and 
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to 
    work independently
     and deliver results.
