Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Engineer, RD, to join our growing family. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing R&D projects, control progress & schedule. Analyze & report result. Deliver targeted result. Teamwork with other function groups. Sharing professional knowledge & experience with dept. colleagues.

What you will be doing:

• Planning and coordinating, and/or implementing R&D projects and processes
• Design new products/process according to benchmarking results, simulation, and experiments.  
• Coordinate with related departments to confirm PCEF on schedule.
• Communication & coordination with other dept. source for resource or result access.
• Support customer requirements & problem to assist PM & RM to expand new product business. Assist factory & QA to complete short term and long-term CIP project.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics engineering, Physics, or semiconductor Related engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor related area. Power device experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Semiconductor physics and Fabrication process.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
• Speak, read & write fluent in English.
• Good communication and coordination
