We are seeking a Senior I4.0 Analyst - Planning & Operations, Innovation who is a great servant leader with rich collaboration experience that helps facilitate effective interaction and good communication among various teams, including data engineers, machine learning engineers, architects, and operations teams, to drive various aspects of projects and programs from initiation through delivery and closure.

In this role you will be partnering and collaborating with global solution delivery analyst team to drive process improvements, end to end project execution, knowledge management, scoping, and requirements gathering.

Key Responsibilities

• Owner of SEMI E79 OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) project, Fab ROC (Remote Control Center) project, GenAI chatbot developing project
• Facilitates interaction between the Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Architecture teams in SMTS and identified customer groups to collect, organize, document, and communicate Project Related information to include scope, requirements, necessary skills, and other project related information during the initiation, planning, execution, and project closure periods.
• Facilitates group conversations to break large requirements down into individual tasks and user stories for successful execution of selected projects on the SMAI roadmap.
• Organizes information and documentation in various technologies to include Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products as well as others as necessary.
• Ensure that the project team has all necessary information for successful execution of project related tasks and deliverables.
• Responsible for identifying, reporting, and modifying business processes to streamline project execution timelines.
• Expected to be proficient in understanding and communicating project objectives and outcomes while communicating with business stakeholders.
• May conduct presentations, end-user training, and provide guidance to team members and external stakeholders as needed.
• May perform minor to moderate development activities.

Qualifications

• Good communication skill in English.
• At least 3 years semiconductors related working experiences.
• Familiar with project management tool such as Jira, Notion.
• Project experiences and reporting experiences to senior leadership groups (Senior Directors/VP above).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Python, JavaScript, AngularJS 2.0, SQL, Hadoop or ETL is a plus.
• Familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
