工作內容:

1.    參與領先業界、具指標性的多元創新專案,包括AI應用、智能核保、客戶體驗優化等,自主規劃與執行創新專案,從法規解讀、效益評估到流程設計,跨部門協作推動專案上線
2.    運用數據撈取及分析能力,洞察客戶滿意度、核保效率與風險管理,成為公司決策及流程優化的專業智囊
3.    親自參與行動投保流程優化,結合業務實際需求與系統整合,讓客戶與業務員都能有極致體驗,有效降低照會率

工作條件:

1. 保險業新契約7年以上 or  新契約規劃經驗5年以上

2. 有獨立專案執行及專案管理經驗,熟悉法規檢視與效益評估流程

3. 熟練數據分析(例如:Excel、SQL、BI工具),能快速處理複雜及臨時的資料需求

4. 具備流程優化、系統規劃及整合能力,能推動數位化改善

5. 開放心態,勇於迎接挑戰,重視團隊合作,期盼與夥伴一起成長

6. 熱愛探索新科技或新思維,勇於嘗試產業創新專案
