About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments team, focusing on improving the crypto and fiat on/off-ramp experience and integrating new payment channels. You'll be shaping how users interact with deposits and withdrawals, ensuring fast, secure, and intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of fiat and crypto deposit and withdrawal flows, including the integration of new payment methods (e.g., bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, PSPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, compliance, and operations—to deliver seamless user experiences throughout the payment journey.
  • Identify and prioritize pain points in current payment flows; propose and implement improvements to reduce friction and increase user satisfaction.
  • Define and deliver detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories that allow engineers to begin development with minimal clarification.

Requirement

  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong interest or foundational knowledge in digital payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
  • Passionate about optimizing user experience and solving real-world pain points through product design.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate across teams and translate user needs into actionable product solutions.
