Product Strategy & Design: Develop and execute the product strategy for mass market products, including market research, competitive analysis, product ideation, and design. This involves defining product specifications, features, functionality, and the overall product roadmap.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle, from initial concept and design through development, launch, post-launch optimization, and eventual sunsetting or replacement. This includes managing the transition between phases and ensuring smooth handoffs between teams.
Product Development & Launch: Oversee the entire product development process, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality products. This includes managing resources, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. This also includes defining and tracking key milestones throughout the product development process.
P&L Management & Financial Accountability: Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the mass market product line, managing revenue, expenses, and profitability. This includes developing and managing budgets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product strategy for maximum impact. This includes post-launch analysis to inform future iterations and product improvements.
