Role & Responsibilities

We are developing a custom software platform to improve supply chain management for our clients. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:

  1. Design and Develop (50%)
    • Focus on reusable designs and core components, implemented by you or team members.
    • Optimize web applications for high performance and great user experience.
    • Collaborate with PMs and Solution Architects to enhance UI/UX.

  2. Discussion and Operation (30%)
    • Actively participate in discussions to optimize the platform and deliver high-quality results.

  3. Sharing and Training (20%)
    • Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge with team members.
    • Document best practices, create coding standards, and train team members to follow them.

Qualifications

  1. React and Hooks: At least 3 years of experience.
  2. Proven ability to develop highly reusable and core components.
  3. Experience in improving UI/UX.
  4. Strong communication and documentation skills.
