Our vision is providing a smart working area, do factory operation software application integration and roll-out for continuous process improvement.
Role and responsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders proactively to learn internal customer wish needs.
Understand and analyze user requirements, prepare requirements document, as-is & to-be processes and identify gaps.
Design processes to meet requirements, prepare functional specifications. Prepare test plans, conduct testing validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Communicate application and project status and vision to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Responsible for supporting all other enterprise level applications such as SAP.
Responsible as a key resource in cross-functional projects to develop and implement new applications for the business functions.
Represent project team in global workshop/meeting to influence process design and decision making.
Education and experience
Master with major in Industrial Engineering or Management related fields
6+ years working experience with hands-on and management in Continuous Improvement categories
Experience with factory operations and logistics is a prefer
To thrive in this job, you'll need the following skills:
Demonstrated project leadership, good command of project management, and facilitation skills
Programing skills (for example: VBA, C#, python etc.)
Good team player able to influence without power
Cross-functional communication and global project experience?
Courageous to challenge and proactively to give and seek constructive feedback
project management skills, SAP hands-on, MES hands-on experience and systematic thinking
Able to give presentations fluently in English and Mandarin
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and quality management is a plus.
Application of Power BI is a plus
