Buyer ISS

As an
Buyer ISS (International Salvage Solution)
, you will be responsible for Identifying and purchasing excess, clearance, or liquidated stock from suppliers globally. Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure high-margin resale opportunities. Evaluate product lots and analyze financial/legal data to support buying decisions. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth transportation and warehousing.

• B2B Buying/Selling
  : Proficient in applying commercial negotiation techniques in business-tobusiness transactions.
• Lot Valuation
  : Able to evaluate and estimate resale value of unsold, damaged, or clearance goods.
• Financial & Judicial Analysis
  : Skilled in analyzing financial statements and judicial liquidation cases to identify business opportunities.
• Clearance Channels Knowledge
  : Familiar with wholesalers, liquidation platforms, and B2B marketplaces for sourcing and resale.
• Logistics & Warehousing
  : Understands the flow of goods, transport coordination, and storage operations.
• Commercial Law
  : Basic knowledge of contract law, sales law, and procedures related to insolvency.
• Language Proficiency
  : Fluent in English and Chinese for effective cross-border communication.

Prerequisites:

• Commercial Education Background:

Holds a BTS/DUT in commerce, sales negotiation, logistics, or SME management.
- Procurement & Logistics Knowledge

: Educated in procurement processes, supply chain operations, or commercial law.
- Stock Recovery Experience

: Trained or experienced in stock clearance, liquidation, or wholesale trading
