帶領保經代輔銷團隊繼續培養人才、帶領團隊在不同商品及各大通路策略下開創佳績
若您是保經代輔銷區域主管,則亦可從區域主管中歷練前進保經代輔銷團隊主管一職

Qualifications

1.具備保經代輔銷團隊帶人主管至少於同一職務五年以上帶團隊經驗

2.熟悉保經代各大通路特性及區域屬性,開展策略攻略市場經驗

3.曾有保經代通路管理或保經代輔銷人員訓練經驗加分

4.大專院校以上畢業學歷.銀行保險相關、財稅金融相關科系

5.熟悉Microsoft文書軟體(如Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Excel)

6.熟悉Windows 10系統尤佳

7.需具備下列證照:人身保險業務員(必要)、投資型或傳統型保險商品業務員(必要)、外幣保險商品業務員(加分)

8.曾帶領業務團隊成功推展不熟悉的通路或產品類型的主管人才,帶領團隊開創新局經驗者尤佳
