A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Service and Installation Engineer, you will partner with Installation and Service team to support equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and retrofit. In this role, you will report to the Installation & Service Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment
  • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
  • Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
  • Responsible for operational quality of system equipment
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 30 % of Travel is required.

Skills You Bring:

  • Graduated from Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering
  • 2 years electrical engineering experience
  • Project planning capabilities

Preferred Skills: (Optional)

  • Grade A or B electrician
  • TOEIC 550 or above
  • Can use AutoCAD

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • To be able to work independently
  • Can squat for long periods of time
  • Shift work required on holidays
  • To be able to work overtime on weekdays
  • Overseas business trips
