Introduction

Office  coordinator supports  Segment head (Calendar arrange, meeting facilitators ,travel support ) /Site mgr assignment ,cross site backup , organizing and supporting way, to guarantee an effective and efficient execution to support ASML business.

Job Mission

1. Assistant Segment head (Calendar arrange, meeting facilitators ,travel support ) /Site mgr assignment
2.Fab. support :working permit /extend , tsmc meeting number booking ,BRES account
3. Support Visitors (VHV) EC, ORM, Monthly meeting

Job Description 
●Business support :
Option and special deal support
Business administration & documentation support

       Support  outlook calendar /Share Point  site/ maintain mail group

       Support travel itineraries /arrange meeting

       Support meeting

●Office / GA support :
CS supports (e.g. EasyBuy PR creation for Fab supplies, visitors' clean room item preparation supports)
Office administration
Support /Co-work  teambuilding events

Education Bachelor degree and above in Business Administration, or comparable

Experience

No limited, but 2+ years of administrative work experience is preferred.

Personal Skills

● Fluent English skill
● Microsoft application skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
● Sets priorities and structures daily operations, plans ahead and keeps deadlines.
● Pays attention to details, consistently adheres to rules, procedures and processes.
● Works effectively in team and cooperates. Share knowledge and workload with others.
● Good common sense of business sensitivity and confidentiality.
● Learning mindset, actively learns and develops based on experience and feedback.

Context of the position

Direct report to Michelle Wang, and dot-line report to Directors OPS  / CSCM / Site Manager/Office coordinator  in Hsinchu on the majority of daily assignment in 2026 ; Support Taichung in 2027 .

Working location: Hsinchu ,Taichung (after Taiwan
