With our exponential growth, we're seeking a
Photo Retoucher (m/f/d)
to join our global brand team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and processing a high volume of photographic assets, including retouching, color correction, and formatting, while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality across all channels. This role also involves supporting on-site photography and gradually developing skills in shooting and lighting.
What you'll do
Image Editing & Production
- Perform high-quality image editing including color correction, compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing, clipping paths, drop shadows, reflections, and proof output.
- Maintain consistency with brand standards across all visual materials (print and digital).
- Organize and store completed image files in various sizes and formats in designated locations.
Photography Support & Development
- Support on-site photography, including product assembly, fabric cleaning, and studio preparation.
- Willingness to learn photography skills such as lighting, composition, and camera operation.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Product Management (PM) team to support image scalability and Point of Purchase (POP) requirements.
- Coordinate with photographers and PMs to ensure accurate product information and assist with scheduling.
Workflow & Efficiency
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to company data integrity and NDA policies.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 3–5 years of photo retouching experience, preferably in product or fashion-related industries.
- Working fluency in English and Chinese
- Excellent color sensitivity and visual aesthetic judgment.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Beta and Capture One; experience with Bridge, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly is a plus.
- Comfortable working on macOS.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Beta, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated expertise in image editing processes including color correction, compositing, and file optimization.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and task management skills.
- Attention to detail, patience, motivation, and excellent time management.
- Team player with a willingness to assist as needed.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
