【Finance & Accounting Manager】

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong financial and accounting expertise to join our team and support the company's sustainable growth

【Job Responsibilities】

Finance Management

★Manage banking relationships, loans, and credit lines

★Monitor and control FX and interest rate risks

★Handle domestic and overseas cash flow planning and fund allocation

★Track accounts receivable and payable with domestic and overseas vendors/clients

★Manage intercompany fund transactions

★Review and approve vendor payments

Accounting Management

★Review daily accounting operations and supervise general ledger

★Prepare and analyze monthly management reports

★Consolidate financial reports for domestic and overseas entities

★Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation

★Oversee domestic and overseas inventory accounting

★Manage related-party transactions and tax compliance with local authorities

【Requirements】

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

Experience: At least 5 years in accounting/finance, with management or supervisory experience preferred

Skills:

Proficient in financial reporting and analysis

Familiar with IFRS or relevant accounting standards

Strong experience in cash flow planning, taxation, and risk management

Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Personal qualities:

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and cross-department coordination abilities

【Preferred Qualifications】

Experience in multinational companies (finance/accounting)

Background in auditing or taxation at CPA firms or large corporations

Good command of English or other foreign languages

★負責銀行往來、借款與授信業務管理

★匯率、利率風險控管

★國內外資金調度與流動規劃

★國內外廠商及客戶資金追蹤管理

★關係企業間資金往來管理

★廠商付款流程與款項審核

會計管理

★日常帳務審核與總帳監督

★編製並分析每月管理報表

★海內外帳務合併報表作業

★配合外部審計,提供並準備相關資料

★國內外庫存之帳務與管理控管

★公司關係人交易與國稅局相關稅務往來處理

【專業技能】

熟悉財務報表編製與分析

熟悉 IFRS 或相關會計準則

具備資金調度、稅務申報與風險管理經驗

熟悉 ERP 系統操作佳
